HOW TO CHANGE GCASH OWNERSHIP

This is based from my personal experience when I decided to give my used Globe sim card to my partner. The thing is, I already registered the GCash account of the said number under my name. I wanted to delete the GCash account from the said number, or changing the ownership. Steps I tried: I tried messaging GCash's official messenger from their Facebook page, but all I get was automated messages to no avail. I went to the nearest Globe Store near me. Waiting in line for 2 hours just for the representative to tell me to call '2882', because they don't handle GCash concerns. Again, to no avail. I tried calling 2882, aka GCash customer service, for 4 days straight but it just keeps on ringing and automated voice messages. Again for the nth time, to no avail.
